No one (neither [profile] ashitara nor [personal profile] kirakirastar) told me about 'VS Arashi'. This is terribly sad as it is the most entertaining show that I've started yet in this fandom. Seriously. I mean within the first episode alone....

First there was the pole-dropping thing. In which Jun failed, but Leader pwned. /Despite/ the opposing team implying rude things about his lack of displeasure at Nino's molestation of his delicate bits. I mean really...
Secondly, there was a wall-climbing game, which Nino approached, as he approaches all things - with strategy. We also got to see Sho's incredibly smug supporter role (at which he was very good).
Third was a coin-stacking game. And while that shouldn't be interesting in the slightest... it WAS. And Aiba and Sho both did very well. Finally, they dropped MatsuJun ten feet into a giant tub of foam cubes for being the MDA (Most Dame Arashi).
I mean, come on... WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!?

Second Episode...
It should be noted that Sho-kun is an excellent host and announcer. I'm sad I won't get to see the Japanese coverage of the olympics.
Ooh.... This team doesn't suck as bad as last weeks... Arashi has some competition. /Why is Sho allowed to try things that don't involve his mind? /Why/?
*flails* New ALBUM!? ;_; Damn you Arashi, you're not my primary fandom, I can't afford this!
330 points for Nino in a single game. But then, even in the early days he was a pretty kick-ass goalie at the Sports Days.
Aw..... poor Jun-kun. At this rate he'll have to start getting himself acclimated to the whole dropping thing.

Suffice it to say: New favorite Arashi Show. Though I still want to see more Shukudai-kun... did something happen to it while I wasn't looking?

Also... "Dream 'A' Live" Special Edition? Sold out everywhere. My will to purchase the regular version is somewhat low... though I probably will.... eventually. >.> It has 'Happiness' on it.... But no solos.... but I can download them... I know I shouldn't care... but.... *wibbles* The Time Con DVD is $58 on YesAsia or $51 from CD Japan... I'll look into Amazon as well...
