This is one of my favorite days of the year... losing only to December the 4th. (For obvious reasons).
Yep... it's Pisces season. ^_^
On the work front, it's also Maya-promotion season.
I took the Home Dec Coordinator position around this time two years ago, and it's been almost a year since I stepped up to MTL. My main point of stress over the past couple weeks has been that our ICS wants out /bad/ and our OTL is considering a move to the Loveland store. I hadn't really occurred to me before today that Val might actually want me to step up to OTL if Jenni left... but she offered it to me today.
It was a nice kindof scary feeling, but it makes sense in a way. Hiring a new MTL would be easier and more accurate than hiring an OTL and then telling them that we expect them to do a bunch of POGs and merchandising. ^^
Also, I'd get to keep doing fabric and things, since the OTL duties aren't much more than a lot of the things I do now. SO tracking, Audits, Paperwork. I'd also get proper keys to things and get to learn the parts of the store that I don't know yet.
So, if all this craziness goes through, I'll probably take it. That's if all this stupidity even happens. They've been threatening to take Jenni away from us for a long time, and never followed through, so... yeah.
