setraSlept for... wow, way to many hours. Somewhere upward of twelve. Feel moderately better, though I mostly dreamed about plans for going to Japan.
Once I was finally up I poked at the internet a bit and watched Jotei 2.
I really, really, wish that I had more to say about this series. The acting is fabulous. Especially Ayaka. I seriously adore her. Her spirit and strength come through so beautifully, even though it's hard to watch sometimes. Girls are mean. Reiko in particular. Though she does it in this utterly bitchy kansai-ben that makes me happy while I hate her.
The old guy (Minami?) is awesome enough that I don't mind him, and watching the way he guides Ayaka to greater belief in herself is really cool. Plus there's piles of gorgeous food and dresses and onsen and hairstyles and... yeah. I love this show. :P
I very much like the closing/insert song too. It's good for the tone of the show.
And Naoto... we won't talk about how much I enjoy just /looking/ at Matsuda Shota then, shall we?
Now I think I'll go look into food and Hyoutei jerseys.
