So, had I mentioned death? After seeing other peoples projects presentations, I know I'm screwed. There's not way that me translating a song can be equal to a 15-minute video, not in Matsuura-sensei's estimation I'm sure... it just doesn't look as impressive. The fact that I typed the whole thing up, looked up every kanji, looked up every word over and over until I found the right meaning, had the whole thing hand written before my binder dissapeared... none of that matters, because it doesn't /look/ as good. Besides I can't even find the single to show to her... which upsets me because it's one of my favorite possesions.
Ok. Done with whining about Japanese... the Choir sounds really good! And I get to sing mezo for the latin piece! Wai! Thier part is really pretty. And smack dab in the really comfortable part of my range. (though that really comfortable section is getting bigger, which makes me happy) I tried to sing Real soprano.... but, um... that didn't work. I tried, I did... but no. *tear*
Oh, since the whole Weiss Week thing was disrupted my reality, I'm gonna try to have something again mext monday.
Costume Updates: Hokuto will look good! Nick used what I have done to play Kaguya-hime and looked /gorgeous/ (he could pull off Movie Subaru really easily too, no da). I want to get Sei-chan's coat done this weekend. Period. And since Chris has said nothing about buying new fabric for a new collar, I'll do what I can with what I have. Either way, it will be fooshy and cool. I need to cut gores for Andrews and get it put together too. Once Sei-chan's is done and figured out, I bet I can do Subaru's no problem at all... ^_^ ... tabun... anyway. I also have to think about Hinoto, because Katie has such wonderful fabric and things and I should pay attention to making her costume pretty too! Um... no prugress whatsoever on the TB costunmes for Kat, Chris and I... other than a list of what we need. ^_^ Meh... All in good time. If only satin looked better in pictures... *sad* Either way, I really wish we could buy brocade satin... that would be so cool...
I need Sakura. More than I need... um... mostly anything except rain and wind (which I have)... needing of shiny happies
So... right, I think I'll go snag a table for lunch now. And turn on my cell, that would be a good thing... Hai, ja ne!
