Subtle hope

And sometimes, life is just a bit better.
Yes, there are still issues, many of them. Which I will need to deal with. Still, hope keeps sneaking up on me, and this time I really want to let it win. For the time being, things are under control. I know where I'm going, what I'm doing, and in general how it needs to be done. I found out today that I get to see Arella before I leave! For the moment I'm pretending that the soreness in my throat is only from dehydration and has nothing to do with the twins' running noses and slight coughing this weekend.

Tommorow I will watch babies in the morning and then (hopefully) get into work for my /real/ job (Dr. Ish, rather than Dr. Seger/Carol). I will endevor to make some coherent explanation of myself after that... to several people. But that's tommorow. For the moment, I have "Beautiful Alone" playing and am comfortably tired enough to head off to bed.

Yeah, as you might have guessed from the lateness of my posts last night, I did not go to sleep at a reasonable hour. I then had to rush over to RiverRock by 10:30 and help take the babies to gymnastics class. The class was - while fun and cute - extremely tiring. I think my system is currently running on its last reserves of sugar and coffee from this morning. Also, I didn't bring things to do because I was only planning to be here until about noon. It is now... *glances at clock* 1:40... and it looks like I'll be here until nearly 4. Oh, joy.
Still, the babes are sweet and adorable and hopefully they'll take good naps after the workout this morning.
