Ranty rant... and fluff

So, I realized soemthing kinda scary a few days ago, and am still contemplating it: ( The cost of sanity? )

Wow, that got long. Anyway... I have choir in a few minutes, and Dr. Ish just came by and told me how to turn up the heat in here. *dances* No more freezing to death for me!
Need speech draft, three songs and four journals for japanese.
Also, I have not one, not two, but FOUR things going on from 7-9 tommorow night.... *twitch*. And two tonight at the same time... *sigh* Goodbye life... I'll miss you. Come back soon, ok?

Bishonen: Chris (sneaky plan #2... in progress!) and Julious (because my hair looks like his today). ^_^
Bishojo: Michiru... just because Kimberly-san complemented our TB costumes today. ^_^

Then today got better...

Ok, so. I left work and went down to the bathroom (the downstairs one that no one ever uses in Plant Sciences - whole 'nother rant on that later.), and got changed for choir. ( Rant on an issue that boys (or anyone else) really won't care about... )

And then there was choir and it was good. We sang as intro for the High School womens choir festival. "Dixit Dominus" was bad, but I was happy we could manage without music. The other two went really well, despie everyones worry about not knowing the words for "There is No Rose". Maybe I just like that song because I have a thing for songs that blend languages. ^_^ And "Choose Something Like a Star"... we rocked. That's all I have to say.
So now I'm all happy and want to go sing more... and have no where to go... except to my car to get my Kanji jisho. And I really want to go home and change into something pretty.
The dance is on Saturday! *bounce, bounce* I'm so happy. Yay for dancing around to /my/ music and not being in any way self-concious. ^_^
Ok, now off to change back to real clothes and get ready for Japanese.

Geh... that was a lot of pointless fluff... at least I didn't get anything that really broke me... Now off to Japanese!

Dreaming of You

So I scroll through my friends list for the... 9th or 10th time today... and still only a couple new entries. Most that I don't care about. Gah! I'm addicted to LJ... or something... maybe it's just that I forget how many times I've updated in a day and keep going back. Still, I literally check my Friends 5-10 times a day... is that bad?
I went to a Poetry reading tonight, so CW won't be so terrible. Before said reading I wrote a couple of mini-poems... titled "クラヴィス" and "オリヴィエ". My brain really is one-track of late. In these poems I found out that I write /naturally/ in 7 and 8 syllable lines, exclusively. So very wierd. The reading was good, the non-fiction was actually better. Though it was deeply personal to me in parts. Arella issues, gotta love 'em.
Right... so Beeken-sensei is preparing to kill me... I can see her plotting. And all I want to do is curl up in a little ball and not think, EVER.
Good news: I now have /all/ the fabric for the Super Sneaky Project. And it all matches! As well as can be expected anyway... *dances* It's already cost me about $100... but no more fabric to buy. ^_^

I'd better get to work. Before this gets any worse than it already is...
