Wow... so I finnaly get back on the internet. Whew. Thie morning was rather early, and I can't remember my dreams, but they were cool enough that I wanted to stay asleep just to keep them going. Classes this morning were insane, but I'm feeling a little better about them. I think I was the only person in the class who already knew koto ni suru, and I think I'm about average as far as listening comprehension (yesterday I felt like I was only catching about 5% of what she was saying). I'll be much happier once I find my textbooks. I tried to look for them this morning, but couldn't find them. But the nice australian boy in my writing class tried to explain where there were so I'm gonna go try again.
In a little while, I get to go to "Religion in Japan" and be done for the day.
In other news, I am a bad, bad person.
I ditched my first non-japanese class yesterday... to go to Osaka and buy anime stuff at Mandarake. It was Joseph/Andy's fault! It was! That, and I was so drained after the fiasco of my Japanese classes... (it involved being a half-hour late to mu first class, only to discover that infact, I'd read the wrong numbers and that wasn't my class at all. Then I went to my /actual/ speaking class and then to a duplicate of my Reading&Writing class rather than going and eating something.
So then I was sitting and listening to my Gravitation soundtrack (which is happy, make everything better music, by the way). And along comes Dale and says 'Hey this friend and I are going into Osaka...'
'No,' I say, 'I have class in an hour.'
'Oh, ok.'
Then enter Kat and Andy. 'Hi! Do you have class this afternoon?'
'Yes,' I say.
'But... Mandarake! You /must/ see this!' And thus the pseudo-bard continued to talk, even over Kat's objections and my whining... and so off we went to Osaka, leaving my Anthropology class unattended.
Mandarake was nice, but not as amazingly overwhelming as Animate was. Though by that point the lack of food had dulled the world to sorta gray and murky. I did get the Velvet Underwold single for 300 yen and a present for Nick. And I discovered the best thing ever... which I cannot mention here.

Ok and now I have to run to go get some lunch with Dale before our next classes. Ja ne~!
