setraI am ongaku no ON! That really shouldn't make me giggle... but it does. I am /such/ a Japanese geek.
Looks like I'm back to my once-a-day posts... yay for one computer in a house with three technophiles. ^_^
So today was... a day.
I woke up blearily at about 10 (after about 6 hours of sleep), made food and printed some fic before heading out to be late to work. I got a money order for AX registration and realized that my bank account has really suffered without the paycheck from CSU. Then I went into work for Carol-mama for several hours, which involved a lot of numbers and pictures of brains. I now have an overwhelming urge to learn Visual Basic, just so I can make a macro in Excel that does something USEFULL... like maybe hit Microshit with a stick... *grumble*.
After all that I went out to the T-Mobile store to look into international service in Japan (Answer: No). Then to Circuit City and Best Buy. It turns out that I can get a 64 meg card for my PDA for about $40. Depending on how much money I get from Dad and Carol for all the work I've been doing, I'll think about it. I did end up buying a CD/mp3 player/FM radio for $20 at Best Buy. It seems like it will work out, especially if I can find a 6v wall adapter (it auto-recharges NiCd batteries too!)
I planned to come home, burn my second Weiß disc and get to cleaning my room and packing. But Robert was watching Spiral... so I sat and ate cereal and watched with him for an episode or so. Then I listened (mostly to reassure myself that I do still know /some/ Japanese) and worked on The Wig. My hands are extremely pink, and it still isn't anywhere near done.
Now I'm going to listen to the Nikita soundtrack and go stab Diablo repeatedly, then sleep. I have to be up at 8 tommorow to go see Arella! *dances* Ja ne!
