I hate Windows...

setraAnd Compaq, yes, them too. And whatever frelling ad just had to pop up at the inoportune moment.
Last night was meant to involve burning a pretty new CD and then studying. Instead it involved 2 hours on hold with Compaq (on and off), $60 to them for a new warranty, $60 to Best Buy for Data Recovery and a lot of pent-up anger at Microsoft and the world coming to the surface. LAst night my computer died. It was up on an ad. Everytime you hit anything a java screen came up and said 'Hit OK to search the net' It had no close window. There was no control bar. So I force quit... or tried. When the computer finnaly shut down and I turned it on again it said "Operating system not found on any devices. Hit any key to try again."
So I'm really done now. I don't deal well with life interupptions, I don't deal well with computers because in one way or another I always get emotionally attached. /NOW/ I have to go take my freaking M229 test or I'll miss Comp. *curses*
