ETA: Just spent two hours at the gym (though 30 minutes of that was reading an article about Hugh Jackman while I stretched) for the first time in three weeks and I feel awesome. Haven't gained back too much of the weight I was losing, and one way or the other my heart felt just fine being in the 160-170 range, where I used to feel /really/ overwhelmed if I spent more than a minute or so over 160. Now I think I will eat my economically-healthy sandwich and go to sleep. Work at 10 an all.

UPDATE OF VERY IMPORTANT-NESS: As a reward for me being so good and not spending money and going to the gym, RT posted THIS. Recreation. Mondays at 9 pm CDT. Sounds promising.
