Today just before I left for work a lovely young man in a FedEx uniform returned to me a very professionally packed and completely repaired little laptop by the name of Platina.
And yes, it still goes by the name of Platina. Still has the same password, still has the magnificent system voice of Morikawa Toshiyuki as Apocripha/0's Jade, and still has the simply gorgeous countenance of Kimeru on the desktop.
Because... they did not wipe the hard drive. No, nothing has been touched since last I logged out of this computer. Apparently the nice insistence to the man on the phone and the carefully worded note packed with the machine worked. No hard-drive wipeage. A winner is me.
I am back online at full capacity, and Platina is my happy, happy little baby once more. ^__^
