Well now, why is this so familiar?
Oct. 7th, 2004 02:55 pmSo. Classes. I really need to stop sleeping through them Even is Beecken-sensei lets it go (which she has no reason to at this point), then I'm still screwed in Seargent's class. Yep. So...
After a nice round 13 HOURS of sleep, my brain decided that hearing the alarm was an acceptable option. So, I got up, cursed under my breath, swore to find my other alarm clock, showered and headed off to run many many errands. I was too late to pick up my keys for DR. Ish's lab, but will get them between classes. Then tomorrow early and late will be cleaning. And the weekend if I can manage it.
I got the haori from my mother (she hadn't made it bigger to fit her yet, so that's useful), and she's decided that she feels bad that I don't have a computer and wants to "help with that". This might have been really wonderful two weeks ago, now it just makes me want to cry for some reason.
Anyway, I got out of there pretty fast to go hit my dads house. He wasn't there. Ivana and Carol don't know where he is either. Nor could I spot his Hakama in thier bedroom. He only has three swords and a wakazashi. Plus my one comes out to four. Plus Nick's makes 5 with 2 wakazashi... this will be fun. Oh yes.
Now I have 30 minutes to prepare for my presentation on the EU based on a paper I wrote while sleep-deprived which I don't remember a whole lot of now. I have no visual aids... I feel bad about that, but I don't think there's much that I can do.
In good news, Noriko (awesome girl from my dance) emailed today, and I have to figure out what to reply with... I should set aside a time to meet her for coffee or something. I need the Japanese practice... I really, really do.
Oh yeah, last night we watched "Eko Eko Azarak - Wizard of Darkness": Nao-kun is love... even when he has the worst hair-style /ever/ and is surrounded by soft-core lesbian porn and black magic. He was one of the last five to live!
Yep. That's life, that's probably all it'll be for a bit here. Only next week and the week after will be a paper on Kanon instead of the EU and Act 5 instead of costuming and act 4. ^_^
