Whee! Not doom! I was really scared about the Asian Civ exam... but thanks to last night I was atleast on top of the topics. We only had to write three essays this time... and though I was confused when I first walked in it turned out that the one really nifty poetry question from Lady Murasaki was on the back (and reuired). This made me happy because I'm pretty good at ranting about Japanese culture and I really love the poetic concepts of the Heian period (makes me want to go back and watch Onmyoji again. ^_^
So... yeah, I'm not doomed... though I think my other Japan question rembles too much and was really random. I love the whole facade thing, I just didn't express it well. And the Chinese waterways one may or may not have gone well. I wish that I remembered any of how I felt about the first test, because I did pretty well. Unfortunately I was so tired that I did the whole thing in a daze...
Today I am not tired and I have work to do at work and things. It makes me happy. Though the scrap of a certain pink scarf fabric that I tied around my left hand this morning may be helping that too... who needs nicotine patches when you have obsession? Absorbed by osmosis, apparently. ^_^
Right, so... not doom, happy... and now work to avert further doom. Oh yes. And Kanji Shiken today (almost wrote 'shinken' there... heh.), and dance tommorow. My car is back to knowing exactly what music I want when, which makes me happy.
Oh and Thorin, I don't think the favor you asked would really be possible since I'll be at RRC and there's litterally no room there.... could you ask Nate maybe? Sorry it took me so long...
Oh, and with this entry, I am at 2.57 entries per day average for this month... o_O
Yep, work now... maybe I'll do a journal entry on Heian poetry... in Japanese... hm...
