I woke up at 7:30 or so after falling asleep in the middle of SE7EN last night... after 1 AM sometime I meandered up to my room, past my mom (who was astounded to see me moving that early in the morning). I fully intended to sleep for a while more, but instead I curled up in bed and read the last half of Chpater 4 of "The Other Side". Then I listened to the last half or Morning Edition while making breakfast.
There was an interview with Anne Rice on today. Just the mention of Lestat's name still makes me shiver. ^_^
So I settled in and listened to the begining of Car Talk before feeling like I should do stuff.
Now I'm off to do work. Yay for more research on the Sakura Festival.

Meh, procrastination is good, right?
I managed to clean up the whole sewing room. This is good since I've been promising to do that since... oh... before NDK.
I also looked at my pretty pattern and finished my corset the other night. It's a little more... erm... revealing, than I was hoping.
I also downloaded lots of pretty jpop. Including a cool thing. You know the song by Janet Jackson from one of the Nutty Proffessor movies? "Doesn't Really Matter" Really fluffy, hard to understand lyrics? Anyway, someone made the same song... only with japanese lyrics (that are cooler ^_^). By Shimatani Hitomi. Called "Papillon". It makes me happy.
Anyway, I should go do work... maybe I'll write my journal about Jpop and why it is good. ^_^ I'm sure that would amuse Beeken-sensei.
Salem is watching Trigun. Has been for hours... atleast she got more than the first disk, so she isn't watching it over and over. ^_^
Hai, sore, ja ne!

Bishonen: Ayumu (blame me listening to too much Spiral music)
Bishojo: Van Tomiko (DAI lead singer *swoon*)

Yay for having nothing accomplished and insane little sisters. Arella's home today for a bit. And I forgot how funny she is.
Also, yay for naked onmyouji. Don't ask, just let it go.
I have coffee. Coffee is good. And I'm working on a nifty pretty thing, or will be... sooner or later.

Bishonen: Tsuzuki and Yohji... who isn't a jerk anymore after chapter 4. ^_^

Exhausted

Physically, mentally, emotionally.
Yet, in all these it is the sweet exhaustion that comes before revelation or rebirth. Now I have only to wait for sweet sleep to overtake me that I may be revived.

Swimming is exquistite joy. My body learns and perfects its own rhythms and rejoices in growing stronger. All the while my mind is left truly free to wander, to dream, to plan. When I'm swimming I feel like I can do anything, as if meerly saying it can make it so and I can watch the future unfold before me. For all this I am grateful.
I felt oddly like Aya all night... especially later... well, Aya from "The Other Side" anyway. The lightheadedness feeling almost as his telepathic overload might. It is just odd, I've read nothing else in a week. Rationing it out, my fix. Such a sweet, beautiful escape.

Yet another weekend has passed and I've accomplished little, but I can't bring myself to worry too much. Tonight was too beautiful for words, despite the little falls. Now I go to get some food and go to bed.

Bishonen: Aya, Yohji, Schu
Bishojo: Mary Fahl (October Project lead singer)
