Last Call
Just quickly before I go off to fic and bed:
Usagi is really settling into her role. And Ami-chan was just fabulous to start with. I love the Karaoke room for the Senshi headquarters... so cool. And have I mentioned that Minako rules? Well, she does.
AND looking really closely when Usagi pulls out the Karaoke book, there was a Do As Infnity ad on the page before Minako's! I was so happy! Yay for Avex Trax and thier shameless self-plugging. ^_^
Usagi's mom was in this episode too, she's pretty cool. Not manga-like, but nifty.
Then there was a lot of pretty - namely the 30 seconds that Mamoru was in the show. It's a shame he doesn't looks as good in the mask...
Mercury's transformation is really cool, much better that Moon's if you ask me. The actress moves with the appropriate grace for Mercury too, which makes me happy. The paleness of the wig doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would, either. It acctually seems to fit.
The new attacks threw me off just a bit... but they worked. I wish they'd opted for just a bit less CG in the Mercury Aqua Beam (namely the spinning... geh).
I really like Jaedites costume... I really do, I want to make it... anyone up for a TV negaverse/Dark Kingdom group someday? I'll file it away in the mythical time... *sigh*
And what is the Dark Kingdom using to make youma? Wait, thinking.... crystals! I didn't do it! I swear! Silly Crystal Weaver and it's sense-making. In other news, Beryl rules. Oh yes.
I worked on fitting a dress for Debbie tonight, still needs some work, old seams removed and sleeves re-eased, but nothing to bad. Salem saw up though "Rem Saverem" in Trigun... I'd forgotten how good that show is, and I'm really enjoying re-watching it. ^_^
And now bed, yay. *bounces* Ok, I really shouldn't have watched that tonight, hooray for failed will-saves.
