I don't know anymore. Again. I've been here before and I keep coming back. I don't know what to say, what to do, how to deal with it...
Why am I always left here? Why is it this familiar rock I always find myself up against?
I will be in bed in a few minutes. I will sleep. I will wake again and spend a day running. I will not adress the problems. I will work, think and try to escape. I will be dragged back to harsh reality. Nothing will have changed. The cycle will repeat.
I know this. Yet I don't stop it. I don't know how anymore. Maybe I never did.
I was going to say other things. I was. But 4 hours of sleep and 14 and a half hours awake shortens memory apparently.
