Moment to moment. It always seems like there's so much time, until there isn't. You look in the mirror and you don't recognize the face that meets your eyes.

I feel utterly lost right now. I feel like I should be taking action with certainty and stability. Instead I find myself reaching for a dozen things, my mind scattered to introspection and escape.
This too will pass, I know, so I record the emotion, the moment, and wait with burning eyes and trembling hands for something to shift.
