I was going to go to bed...

There was so much innuendo and gayness tonight that I can't even think about it. Now I'm going to bed. After this:

1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before? Flew to CA specifically for a Convention. Yay Fanime!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Did I keep them... I don't remember them. But I probably didn't.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Nope.
4. Did anyone close to you die? No, thank the gods.
5. What countries did you visit? None. Wow, it was a dull year.
6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003? More money, more academic focus.
7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? September 19th. NDK7. Foreordained Cosplay and all that went along with it.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? 18-person cosplay group, acceptance to Kansai Gaidai.
9. What was your biggest failure? My grades and my relationship with my little brother
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? None that were significant.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration? All my friends. I don't know why they put up with me, but I'm really happy that they do. ^_^
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed? Carl, Austin
14. Where did most of your money go? Food, Anime, my car
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Fanime and NDK. And Japan... but that's ongoing.
16. What song will always remind you of 2003? Different songs for different things. Much of Alanis's "Under Rug Swept" album for relationships. "Shima Shima" (Sakamoto Maaya) for Fanime. "Love Machine" (Morning Musume) for NDK. There are others...
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? More stable. A little more mature. Less depressed and less manic.
ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner by a bit, but not enough.
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer. More debt, more broken car, more Japan.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Study, work.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Angsting.
20. How will you be spending/did you spend Christmas? At Turning Point with Arella for the eve and at Kat's in Broomfield for the day.
21. Did you fall in love in 2003? In and out of lust once or twice.
22. How many one-night stands? Just one, sorta.
23. What was your favorite TV program? Ooh. Spiral, X, Weiß. (Angelique)
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? My opinions have changed on many people, some for better and some for worse.
25. What was the best book you read? Hellspark by Janet Kagan.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery? Sakamoto Maaya, Japan-A-Radio and Weiß
27. What did you want and get? The final 4 DVDs of Utena, Muugen Gakuen Musical
28. What did you want and not get? Yami no Matsuei DVDs,
29. What was your favorite film of this year? Pirates of the Carribean
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I became 19. I watched babies and had lots of wonderful cake and then slept.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? That's hard to say, but losing more weight and keeping on top of paperwork, etc.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2003? *blink* Um... getting fancier?
33. What/Who kept you sane? Angelique, Japanese and NPR. Kat, Nick, Craig, Salem and The Boys.
34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Koyasu Takehito and Miki Shin-ichirou
35. What political issue stirred you the most? The war in Iraq.
36. Who did you miss? Corina, Arella, Audrey.
37. Who was the best new person you met? The Twins/The Posse and Debbie
38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2003: Follow your dreams, but try to keep it prectical. If you don't have a plan, you aren't going anywhere. Friends and family come first.
