And then, one not so very special night...
I came home, took the DVDs back to Vidiot, came home again, made some food, played Diablo... Told both BJ and Craig that I wasn't allowed to go out and do anything.
And then I decided to watch one more episode of Gluehen before bed.
Last Mission 10: Velvet Underworld
The first episode of the show I ever saw. Every word, every image, so much more meaningful with the first 9 episodes leading up to it. Everyone pulling together, all the players stepping out of the shadows. So many things worked out more clearly this time through, relationships and personalities deeper and clearer... And Yohji. Poor, sweet Yohji... Miki Shin'ichirou is so good, absolutely heartbreaking in sound alone.
And I won't say any more about it, because spoilers are bad. I really want to watch the rest of the series with Kat, prefferably 10 as well because I'd like to see her reaction to some things.
*sigh* Still sends shivers up my spine. The "Velvet Underworld" scene is really just amazing, beautufully orchestrated, animated, all of it.
Right, so... hm... bed now I think, and then work tommorow, and choir on Sunday. I really hope this head thing goes away instead of getting worse.
Bishonen: Aya, Yohji, Schuldig, Knight
Today's Birthday: Kino Makoto (Sailor Jupiter)
